Everyone has a purpose, but no one knows what the future holds. The year is 2215. The Earth is a post-apocalyptic world where humans and magical creatures live in turmoil. An evil corporation aims to dominate the northern region of the land once known as the United States of America and to extinguish all life forms related to magic. The young warrior, codenamed Troll, is burdened by superhuman abilities granted by a red amulet in his chest. Troll does not know who bonded the amulet to him, but he longs to let go of his painful past and start life anew with his unusual friends: Jack, a grieving cyborg; Rowan, a hot-tempered faerie; Corin, a lost space ranger; and John Doe, an amateur wizard. Troll and his friends must work together to stay alive as they continuously find themselves in the crosshairs of brutal combat. They must somehow make their way to Centerville City, where they hope to obtain the help of the powerful warlock, Heeb. With his aid, there is a chance of discovering a way Corin can return to his space station. But can Heeb cope with training the hazardous John Doe? Troll’s pure heart is in grave danger after being selected for a dangerous secret mission. He dreads leaving his friends unprotected but feels compelled to help save a precious life in need. Troll’s possible future is foreseen after opening a fortune cookie, and now he wonders if he was destined to exist. |
Everyone has a purpose. Follow your dreams to ensure freedom. The red amulet embedded in Troll’s chest is glowing, intensifying the young warrior’s anxiety to learn why he feels a strange bond to the mysterious gardener, Benjamin Saul Craft. Romantic feelings for Troll occupy Rowan’s thoughts, driving her to be overprotective of him before she returns to her forest, where a menacing rival awaits. Imprisoned through a magical contract, Troll and his friends must obey the cruel Mayor Lanus when he sends them to Franklin City on a dangerous surveillance mission while the spy, Captain Unna Rinaldi, gains their trust. After learning an unsettling truth, Troll is sent on a perilous quest in the enchanted realm of Antietam Battlefield, where the pure-hearted warrior must restore his shattered confidence. Can they fight until they’re free, or will they be destined to exist under the mayor’s rule forever? |
